Dear Parents,
The House Center is an essential part of your children classroom. This traditional center enables young children to develop language skills while playing and participating in activities. Young children learn how to get along with each other as they pretend they are mommies, daddies, grandparents or other relatives. They also begin to understand the responsibilities and needs of others. In the House Center, children learn about caring for others, cooking meals and cleaning up, skills they will need throughout their lives.
